1. Introduction & Scope


These Terms govern access to and use of cifarivf.com (“Website”) and the clinical services offered by CIFAR IVF (“Clinic”, “we”, “us”). “Patients” are individuals receiving medical consultations, diagnostics, IVF or related fertility treatments.

2. Services Provided


We offer fertility consultations, diagnostics, laboratory services, IVF/ICSI cycles, embryo storage, third-party services (e.g. use of donor gametes through registered ART banks), teleconsultations, and post‑treatment follow-up.

3. Eligibility & Patient Responsibilities


Patients must provide accurate medical, consent, and insurance information. They agree to follow medical advice, pre‑treatment instructions, and disclose any contraindications in advance.

4. Informed Consent & Data Sharing


Prior to treatment, you consent to collection, use, transfer, and storage of your health data for clinical care, billing, internal research (anonymized), and regulatory reporting. We do not share identifiable PHI/PDI with third parties except as necessary for treatment or with your explicit consent.

5. Use of Website & Intellectual Property


All content, trademarks, and materials are the Clinic’s property. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works unless explicitly authorized.

6. Payment, Refund, & Pricing


Fees are detailed in our Pricing Policy. Payment is due prior to treatment. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity


Our liability for clinical errors is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. Patients indemnify the Clinic from third‑party claims arising from inaccurate disclosures or non‑compliance.

8. Termination or Suspension
The Clinic may suspend or discontinue services at any time for reasons including medical contraindications, non-payment, or regulatory concerns.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by laws of India and the ART Regulation Act, 2021 and Surrogacy (Regulation )Act 2021. Disputes will initially be referred to our internal grievance redressal officer; unresolved matters may be escalated to the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act or to competent Indian courts.

10. Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms with 30 days’ prior notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
