What an exceptional team of doctors and staff at CIFAR! Dr Puneet and Dr Ritu, both, are thorough professionals but also very warm and understand how to put couples at ease when they come to them. The whole process was easy going for us, we were always dealt with warmly, and never did we feel we need to second guess the Dr Puneet’s decisions she took for us. We felt like we were in good hands! She’s extremely polite, always attentive, gives ample time and is eager to understand her patients. Dr Ritu is the powerhouse the clinic runs on, and she’s deeply committed to her patients, worries about them like a family member, is always on top of the prescriptions, and was always available on phone and throughout. They’re both also always approachable at the clinic and we were always confident to just walk in and be able to meet them as needed. Not to mention the warm staff members at the clinic! They’ve definitely been recruited and trained well to keep the atmosphere warm, a bit informal, and they make sure they try and give the patients a smile when they walk in. Through the process we felt like they were our friends and I can’t stress that enough as someone who does not like the hospital-ish environment some other clinics have. I’m happy we got referred here by our friends and gynae, both.
